Robo Signing is Rampant! The Best way to Spot a Forgery is to Magnify the Signatures of Each Document to "800X" on Two Separate Computer Monitors Situated Side by Side.
Differences in Appearance of the Signatures will be very Obvious. The Signature Line on the Deed of Trust/Mortgage will usually be Blue when You Move the "Scroll Bar" Back & Forth Horizontally on the Computer Screen with the "Note" Signature, the Letters in the Middle Initial and Surname will be Filled with "Unusual Colors." This Phenomenon occurs when a Document has been Altered with a Computerized Software Program such as Adobe Photoshop.
Another Method is the Manipulation of a Photo Copier by Printing over the Traced Genuine Signature of the Customer. It will look Genuine, but under Close Magnification it becomes very apparent that what you have is a Traced Signaature on Blank Paper, the it is Traced over and then fit into the Copier and the already Fraudulent Document that was intentionally created then Prints and You have what appears to be Genuine. Under UVIR Full Spectrum You will see the Signature Baseline to appear Blackish Braown Printed over what will appear to be Purple Ink but is actually Blue Ink. The entire Document is a Fraud Combined with a Forged Signature.
The Traced Signature will also be Scanned and kept on File. When needed by the Forgery Robo Signer, A Digital "Cut and Paste" will be used to Drag & Drop the Signature and Placing the Scanned Signature of the Customer onto the Printed Form. The Result will appear Fool Proof, but under Forensic Examiantion the Ink wiil Match Chemically Printed by the Same Printer.
